ENCINITAS, CALIF.--Bring a lawn chair and sit yourself down in the bluff top parking lot at Swami's Beach in Encinitas. Surfers and surfing fans like to hang around and watch the waves. Surfing is primo at this North San Diego County beach and word has spread around the globe. Surfers add Swami's to their short list of surfing spots to check out in California.
