Waterworld is a 35-acre themed water park in Concord, California. Freeway close, it is located in the East Bay region of the San Francisco / Silicon Valley Bay Area. Owned by Palace Entertainment, operator of around 40 parks nationwide, including water parks, family entertainment centers, theme parks and animal parks (palaceentertainment.com), the Concord water park employs hundreds of locals each summer.

  Family Rides- Water adventures with lots of play time for all ages. One ride even includes free life jackets to use while visiting the Wild Water Kingdom.
  
• Lil' Kahunas's Waterworks- A sprayground with over 15 ride elements that include giant waterfall archways, fountains, geysers, water-powered seesaws and swings, tipping buckets and pint-sized waterslides, this is good for kids. Maximum 48"
• The Big Kahuna- Up to 4 people can slide down together on a huge raft. Over 42" to ride.
• Kaanapali Kooler - Hop in and go with the flow along the Island path alone or touring together as a family adventure.
• Wild River Water Kingdom- A huge activity pool has 7 family slides, the Lily Pad walk and the Dragon's Tail slide complex! Life jackets are provided free for this attraction.
• Breaker Beach Wavepool - Catch a wave or wade in the shores of a gigantic gallon wave pool. Good for all ages.
