Grace Hudson Museum The Sun House
Art, history and anthropology combine to focus on the lifeworks of artist Grace Carpenter Hudson (1865-1937) and her ethnologist husband, Dr. John W. Hudson (1857-1936). Changing interdisciplinary exhibitions and public programs feature Western American art, California Indian cultures, histories of California's diverse North Coast region, and the work of contemporary regional artists. Included within the museum is the Norma & Evert Person Gallery featuring textiles, photographs, and manuscripts highlighting the history and celebrating the legacy of the memorable Carpenter-Hudson family.

A challenging 18 hole, par 70 golf course situated along the western edge of Todd Grove Park and the southern edge of Low Gap Park is a championship golf course recognized as a member of the Northern California Golf Association.
