The new suite has three private offices for staff,  coffee bar,   new furniture, displays for maps, brochures, travel guides, and examples of locally-made products representing all of Yolo County. The centerpiece of the new office is a Smart TV  that is connected to the Internet as well as the YCVB database system.

The TV is equipped to show videos and photographs of the region as well as call up information for walk-in visitors in a very lively way, according to the non-profit organization's  PR/Communications. The office is also wired for digital touch screen monitors and kiosks.
