Pumpkins in Pools Signify Halloween Arrival

Pity the poor city that doesn’t have a decent pool filled with pumpkins! While some Californians flaunt their beaches and really big pool (the Pacific Ocean,) municipalities with pools have a lot going for them during Halloween.
