Pumpkin Races, Best Thing Since Cotton Candy

MANHATTAN BEACH, CALIF.–Anybody can decorate a pumpkin, but not everyone can win a pumpkin race. You must buy a set of wheels, balance them just right on your pumpkin coach, and shove off the curb for a downhill speed race. In Manhattan Beach where pumpkin races are annual tradition held the weekend before Halloween, the city uses a company that actually exists for the sole purpose of conducting pumpkin races. Any city or town can hire them to come and conduct your event for you! Pretty awesome. Manhattan Beach Pumpkin Race is one of the hottest Halloween events at one of California’s coolest beaches.
