Wreaths Across America, a national nonprofit organization with an annual wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery and throughout the U.S., includes more than 40 cemeteries in California. Last year market the one-millionth wreath since 1992 when Morrill Worcester and Worcester Wreath Co. began placing wreaths on graves of soldiers. In 2008, and each year since, Congress has issued a proclamation officially recognizing “Wreaths Across America Day” each December. This year, it will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013.
