It’s perfect weather (no rain) for a parade today, and among the California parades taking place, Visalia’s Candy Cane Lane Parade is the biggest with over 30,000 people expected to attend. As the largest holiday parade in the Central Valley, the fantastic event takes to downtown Visalia on Dec. 1, 2014 with adorable marching majorettes dressed like toy soldiers, Santa and Mrs. Clause riding in a sleigh, equestrian displays, floats featuring civic organization and much more.
