San Francisco’s got style–especially when it’s time to show off custom crafted Easter Bonnets for the Union Street Easter Parade. From baby chicks roosting on top of nests to a Peter Rabbit yard scene with white picket fence, the hats are colorful, creative and usually quite top heavy. Bonnet contestants get to strut their stuff in the annual Easter Sunday festival on Union Street between Gough and Fillmore. The event is free to attend and fun for all.
