SeeCalifornia.com compiled this list of close to 50 concerts in cities throughout California this week. Only one or two among them charge a fee — nearly all are FREE! How does this happen? Most are presented by city parks & recreation departments, several are produced by chambers of commerce, and a few are held at shopping malls. The most popular music continues to be rock with tribute and cover bands playing the hits of the 80s, 90s through today. You’ll also find Latin, jazz, and a little bit of country.
