Oh yeah! We’re cool and we know it. Californians rank as the craziest and coolest people in the U.S., according to a recent study funded by BusinessInsider.com, a business and technology news website based in New York City. In the national survey, people had the highest opinion of California and lowest rating for the State of Texas.
