California Salmon Festivals

While Southern Californians relish their fresh Maine lobster at festivals such as the Los Angeles Lobster Festival on September 13-15, 2013, Northern Californians are celebrating salmon. Both fish have pink to red meat, both are delicious and sweet, but the salmon is a local fish that you’ll find in fisheries and streams in California.
