Cavalia Odysseo in Burbank – 61 Horses Set Stage for Big Top Fantasy
BURBANK, CALIF. — The multimedia equestrian and acrobatic spectacular, Cavalia’s Odysseo, has arrived in California for entertainment under the Big Top. From Feb. 27, 2013 through March, Cavalia’s Odysseo theatrical experience, offers an ode to horse and man that marries the equestrian arts, awe inspiring acrobatics and high-tech theatrical effects. Admission to the 10-story Big Top (5 tents installed) ranges from around $35 to $260 (VIP), and for that fee you can escape with two hours of entertainment offering a dream-like world where the audience is transported into a fantasy realm like no other. An international cast of 44 artists and 61 horses demonstrate their intimate bond on a 15,000 square-foot stage featuring a real carousel and a magically appearing 80,000-gallon lake in front of a stunning video backdrop the size of 3 IMAX screens.
