Coming to a city near you (Sacramento, San Jose, Stockton, San Diego and San Bernardino,) is the Color FunFest 5K, a festival of colors event which includes a fun run and energizing music. Cascading colors made with cornstarch fill the air from four stations along the race route, and they cover your hair, face and clothes with brilliant hues of red, yellow, green and blue throughout the fest. In addition to a daytime run, there’s an evening run option lit by the most powerful blacklights on the planet, so they say. Discount registration of $20.15 lasts until Sunday January 11, 2015 @ 11:59 PM! The price then reverts to $60 pre, $75 day of event. Another color festival has events planned for Norwalk, Escondido and Oceanside.
