Conventions at Moscone Center in San Francisco
Moscone Center and the surrounding 20,000 hotel rooms are popular with conference attendees who want to see San Francisco.When required to attend a convention or conference, most hope that the event is being held in some place interesting or exciting such as San Francisco, known for Fisherman’s Wharf, Alcatraz, Pier 39, Golden Gate Park and Chinatown. Moscone Center is located in the heart of downtown, but you can get around on public transportation and taxis to access the best of the city and walk from the convention center to hotels (approx. 20,000 hotel rooms are within a few blocks.) Owned by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and developed by the City and County of San Francisco, Moscone Convention Center is managed by SMG.
