I love the Queen Mary. I love its looks; its impressive history; its friendly staff; its fine food and its many fun exhibits & events. When its annual Halloween themed attraction, Dark Harbor, was announced this year, I knew it was no time to jump ship. I was totally on board for this one–which included a star-studded, red carpet unveiling with actors from Grey’s Anatomy (Alex Landi and Jaicy Elliot,) Dancing with the Stars (Cameron Couch and Derek Hough,) and more than 70 celebs appearing in Modern Family, GET SHORTY, American Princess, True Blood, Westworld, Hawaii: Five O, and many more.

Although long-docked in Long Beach, the Scottish-built Queen, a Super Ocean Liner with record-breaking speed, was a favorite of World Leaders, Hollywood Celebrities and anyone else who could pay its fare between 1936-1967. It still attracts the rich & famous and everyone else, especially ghosts & goblins, during special Holiday Celebrations, like the Halloween phenom–Dark Harbor.

It’s the in-place to venture for those who love to be spooked–chock-full of zombies, sliders & other “possibly living” ghosts (who seem like actors out of Hollywood). Careful where you go or looking over your shoulder, you never know what you’re going to encounter, going through mazes, seeing aerialists, paranormal experts, and strange things that go bump in the night.

You can even take it all in by jumping on Sinister Swings from Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch. You might dare venture behind the Circus Tent to see the dark side of the Big Top or be terrified of a Chef & his vengeful staff.

You’ll be in for a thrill you’ll always remember. Tickets, discounts, packages, and VIP upgrades: queenmary.com
