If you don’t know the difference between Peru and Ecuador, you have a chance to find out at the 14th annual Ecuadorian Festival and Parade on August 12, 2012. Paper mache masks similar to those seen at the Chinese New Year Parade in San Francisco hide the faces of costumed parade entrants at an exciting and colorful cultural event this summer in L.A. The public is invited to join more than 10,000 Ecuadorians & 2,500 Latinos from other countries at La Placita Olvera for a free event. Ecuadorian Food, Ecuadorian Arts & Crafts, Ecuadorian musical groups, vendor booths, lots of free gifts, Carnival Games and a variety of products, services and information are provided by all type of exhibitors.
