It is hard to believe a year has passed and it’s time for Fair Oaks Chicken Festival. The celebration of all things chicken is actually about the Sacramento suburb’s residents who break all the rules and wander around as they please. Chickens are the honorary critters you’ll find around town any time of the year, even marching into the streets for their very own chicken parade. Gotta love ’em!
