The Bay 223 Lobster Salad is made with Spring mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, pickle red onions, white corn puree, cilantro oil, avocado and green onions. Setting off the fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs are large, sweet pieces of lobster–enough for a meal.
