The largest casino ever in the North Bay / Sonoma County opens its doors on Tuesday, November 5, 2013, welcoming guests to its 3,000 casino slots, 144 game tables, 18-table poker room, and 16 restaurants, eateries, bars and lounges. Some have been opposed to it (including Rohnert Park’s mayor who conceded that the casino management has been a responsible player,) while Gov. Jerry Brown signed a gambling compact, for the State of California to receive 15% of net casino winnings during the first seven years of operation and 12% thereafter. Read more>
