Hang Ten with Santa

Santa’s back after a grueling surfing session in the mighty Pacific Ocean. And he’s waxing his surfboard for the next set of waves he’ll be riding as he arrives in Capitola, San Diego and Redondo Beach in upcoming weeks to meet the groms and grommets and listen to their Christmas wishes. For those who like to color or paint, artist Bill Anderson of Sunset Beach created this cool Surfing Santa activity for all ages. It shows Santa catching a wave near the Seal Beach Pier at Ray Bay, a popular surfing spot at the mouth of the San Gabriel River Channel where stingrays like to hang out and bug the surfers.
