With the beginning of college and professional football, a lot has to do with the official’s “lucky” or “unlucky” flip of a coin, which determines “heads and tails,” (who gets to receive the ball first and who has to kick it off). Sometimes games even are won at this odd beginning because a team may establish a momentum that cannot be broken.
While boisterous fans anxiously awaited the “heads and tails” being called at live football games broadcast on the screen inside packed bars and restaurants along Second Street in Long Beach, I was focused on taking photos of the “heads and tails” of some of our most beautiful cars and trucks, literally on exhibit out on the same street, which was closed for the Belmont Shore Car Show. The “headlights and tail lights” of these incredibly stylish vehicles really had “wow” that caught my fascination.
The next time you go to a Car Show, be sure and check them out for yourself. You’ll find, that unlike football, these “heads and tails” have no losers. They’re all winners that actually “light up” our World in more ways than one. Bless the imaginative designers who created them and the owners who keep them classy.
