Koolest California Car Shows

You can only appreciate a name like “Kool April Nites” after you’ve visited Redding, Calif. Summers are hot, and that’s what makes the April car show so cool! Known for Sundial Bridge, Turtle Bay Aquarium and 80 miles of trails, Redding happens to be one of the coolest places in California to take a scenic drive.
Among thousands of car shows in our car-crazed state here are some SeeCalifornia faves:
- In April Fabulous Fords Forever in Buena Park really revs our engine. Ford: it’s a name and legacy.
- Modesto’s American Graffiti Car Show in June honors the popular movie produced by George Lucas who grew up in Modesto. Talk about a time-capsule trip down Memory Lane!
- In June, Santa Cruz’s Woodies on the Wharf, where surfboard wax and car wax go hand-in-hand, holds promise of the next big wave.
- Get your kicks on Route 66 in fall car shows — Ontario’s Route 66 Cruisin Reunion and San Bernardino’s Rendez Vous Back to Route 66.
