Pacific Grove Good Old Days
When is it a good day in Pacific Grove, Calif.? Every day, of course! But for those who remember the “good ol’ days”, there’s a better day when the annual festival comes to town–it happens April 5-6, 2014. Described as America’s Last Hometown, Pacific Grove is a picture-book perfect city along the Monterey Bay right next to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Pebble Beach’s 17 Mile Drive. Famous pine trees, beaches, a lighthouse, golf course and the spectacular Pacific Ocean provide the charmed setting for the two-day festival, now in its 57th year. Good Old Days include 70 bands (such as Moonalice,) Beer & Wine Garden, Carnival Rides, Petting Zoo, vendor booths, 30 food booths, Classic Car Show, Quilt Show, Firemen Challenge, Pancake Breakfast… the list goes on and on.
