Palm Springs, the oasis of enticements in Southern California’s desert, is making life even more delicious this fall. Under the helm of Executive Chef Warren Cordoba a new menu is being offered for diners at Citron (viceroyhotelsandresorts.com/palmsprings), alongside a promotion to guess the price of your meal and pay what you think it is worth on Tuesday evenings from 6-10 p.m. on November 13, 20, 27 and December 4, 2012. The promotion must be booked 72 hours in advance, with mention of the promotion during booking. Beverages including alcoholic drinks as well as tax and gratuity are not included. To book, call (760) 320-4117.
Special menus without prices are provided upon arrival so diners are able to have an unbiased view prior to eating their meal. This interactive experience where guests estimate the cost of their meal introduces them to the new destination driven menu. After the meal is over, the actual prices will be revealed and diners will pay based on their opinion of what the dinner is worth.
Hint: Prepare for locally sourced, seasonal California-based fresh food dishes with splashes or hints of citrus flavors and exotic spices that the Costa Rican chef has created to awaken your tastebuds! Viceroy Hotels and Resorts is known for award-winning restaurants in California such as Citron in Palm Springs and Whist in Santa Monica.
