The mile-long Pescadero State Beach in the San Francisco State Parks region is popular for the fantastic beach, but also the Pescadero Marsh located inland from the beach. Tours of Pecadero Marsh are offered twice each month on the first Sunday of the month at 10 a.m. and on the third Sunday at 1 p.m. Lasting approx. two hours, you can meet docents in the middle parking area for Pescadero State Beach on Highway 1.
