San Jose, Irwindale Renaissance Festivals
Weekends can be a chance to slouch around in your faded t-shirt and jeans, but for thousands of eager fantasy-seekers this weekend provides a chance to dress in costumes and pretend. We’re not just talking about children here! Adults actually step into their roles with gusto at the Renaissance Pleasure Faire (right photo) in Irwindale and the San Jose Fantasy Faire (left photos). There are plenty more “Ren” faires around the state if you miss these.
