See Christmas in Paradise: Truck Light Parade, Paradise on Ice, Concerts, Ballet

You may THINK you’ve been to paradise, but you’ve never REALLY been to Paradise till you head for the outer limits of Chico where you’ll find a totally cool Christmas holiday in 2013. It all started with the Paradise Ridge Chamber of Commerce’s 12 Days of Christmas shopping promotion and has moved into a number of exciting attractions visitors are invited to see and experience this year (get details of these events):
- Paradise on Ice – public ice rink. A big celebration kicks off the skate season which goes through Jan. 12, 2014.
- Mountain View Christmas Tree Farm with barn animals, bonfires and sustainable practices.
- Christmas Truck Light Parade November 23, 2013. Stick around for Tree Lighting Ceremony afterward.
- Theatre on the Ridge Presents Radioland’s Holiday Extravaganza through December 7, 2013.
- Festival of Trees Auction and Gala Dinner November 22.
- Holiday Gift Fair November 23.
- Parrott Family Christmas concert entertainment November 30.
- Light Up A Life Tree Lighting Ceremony at Paradise Hospice House December 3.
- Paradise Community Chorus performs in a concert on December 8.
- Northern California Ballet presents The Nutcracker December 13-15.
- New Year’s Gala with Big Mo & the Full Moon Band, winner of the Monterey Bay Blues Festival Battle of the Blues Bands.
