Something to be proud of–Californians aren’t the fattest in the nation!

We get a bad rap in California. We have the biggest, most congested, most polluted cities in the country. We’re also have one of the biggest state debts and highest unemployment. But there’s a reason to celebrate. We have some of the fittest people in the U.S. Keep up the exercise! Obese and overweight cities include Mission, Texas near the Mexico border, Binghamton NY, Rockford IL, Charleston WV and Topeka KS.
