Do you remember when Palm Springs was all the rage for college Spring Break? The Dinah “Largest Girl Party Music Festival in the World” March 30-April 3, 2016 continues the spring pool party tradition with a twist — it’s geared toward lesbians.
California beaches used to be popular college Spring Break destinations until alcohol was outlawed. Last year California State Parks began reversing the trend by permitting parties such as Sun Down Music Festival (renamed from Wet Electric.) It returns to Huntington State Beach Sept. 17 & 18, 2016 with cabanas, water slides, EDM music & lighting, and full cocktail bars. With this trend is California poised to reclaim its status as a spring break mecca?
