Last year at the Stockton Asparagus Festival:
- 62,950 asparagus dishes were served
- 38,500 orders deep-fried asparagus were served
- 4,250 orders of Asparagus & Beef Sandwiches sold
- 2,700 Asparagus Burritos were purchased and eaten
- 4,100 orders of Asparagus pasta dishes were cooked and consumed
