In the spring get ready to test your testicle skills and knowledge at the 33rd Annual Oakdale Testicle Festival (oakdaletesticlefestival.com) on March 31, 2014. Advertised as ’33 Years and Still Hangin’,  you are advised to forget baked beans–bull testicles cooked in coals are the ultimate cowboy treat.   Perhaps you’d rather stick to the Perris Potato or a California tomato festival!
