Your mama warned you that you were going to look like a freak if you got that tattoo. And now your nightmare has come true! Welcome to the wild, wacky and colorful world of tattoo ink & art. The National Tattoo Association will mix, mingle and discuss the latest topics and trends when they meet in Garden Grove this April at their annual convention. Don’t expect to see tattoo pop-up shops at nearby Disneyland, though many artists and industry leaders will head to the theme park for inspiration (Disney’s known for its imagineering!)
In addition to the mega-meeting of tattoo shakers & movers, there are 12 big expos, shows and festivals in which the public can see art, get a new tattoo and sometimes listen to music. Standout musical events include the annual Santa Rosa Tattoos & Blues Expo, Costa Mesa Musink and Long Beach Ink N Iron. Here’s the 2014 Tattoo Festival List!
