Happy 4th of July!
California’s theme parks aren’t just sizzling on Independence Day with fireworks displays–they’re keeping the sizzle going all summer long. Here’s how:
DISNEYLAND
- Main Street Electrical Parade through August 20, 2017
- Fantasmic, Disney’s longest-running (25+ years) nighttime spectacular, returns to Rivers of America July 17 with state-of-the-art projection technology.
- Fireworks shows are a regular treat on Disney summer nights!
KNOTT’S BERRY FARM
- Ghost Town Alive! Returns May 27 – September 4, 2017 with train robberies and an old-fashioned Coaster Campout August 26-27.
SEAWORLD SAN DIEGO
- 5 new children’s rides and 3 new animal & orca encounters.
- Cirque Electrique’s IllumiNight, luminescent show featuring larger-than-life sea creatures, lasers, acrobats and musicians.
LEGOLAND CALIFORNIA
- The new LEGO Movie 4D A New Adventure
- LEGO Minifigure Trading again and again throughout the day.
CALIFORNIA’S GREAT AMERICA
- Saturday Night Fireworks July 1 – August 26, 2017
- Summer Splash Concert July 14 (headliner Jason Derulo)
- Coaster Campout August 11-12
SIX FLAGS MAGIC MOUNTAIN
- Revolution Galactic Attack, World’s First Gameplay on a VR Coaster with Samsung Gear VR headset.
- Free admision July 12 if dressed in DC COMICS costume for Super Heroes Cosplay.
