Volunteers Make Festivals Go Round

ELK GROVE, CALIF. — The free Strauss Festival July 26-29, 2018 is produced annually with trained volunteers who dance to waltzes in a stage production at Elk Grove Regional Park.
The last weekend in July features endless festivals to check out, and thousands of volunteers who make them go round. Here are a few events this week that exemplify volunteers in action:
