On "Masterchef Junior" with Chef Gordon Ramsey, kids are shown very dangerous animals that can be eaten or could eat you. The pint-size chefs then prepare dishes with alligator. Andrew (pictured) chooses the proteins the kids will be cooking with. The focus on healthful meals for kids is one of the Top 10 trends of 2015 among restaurateurs. When the National Restaurant Association conducted a survey of 1,276 American Culinary Federation members in late 2014, chefs were asked to rate items as a hot trend for 2015.
