Wines have included Red Wine,  Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Rosé.

Casey Flat Ranch is based in the Capay Valley AVA, in the Vaca Mountains bordering the eastern side of Napa County. The working ranch is defined by its award-winning Rhone and Bordeaux-style blends, stunningly rugged location, the purebred Longhorn cattle that roam the estate, and homesteading heritage dating to California's Gold Rush era. Casey Flat Ranch's two brands, the Estate wines and Open Range, are best experienced on-location at the ranch. Tours allow you to go there, see and taste.

There are many fantastic opportunities to experience this working ranch which serves both as a winery and a raises cattle. Wild animals on the sprawling grounds often are sighted during tours, part of the charm and wild nature of the scenic location.

Guinda in Yolo County is located in the Capay Valley, in the northwestern portion of the county, 13 miles northwest of Esparto, known for almonds. It was named  for a cherry tree at the site—Guinda means (Morello) cherry in Spanish.
